The Independent Pizzeria. The Independent Pizzeria is located right on the water in Madison Park, and serves craft pizza, tasty salads and antipasti, and a rotating selection of craft beer and honest wines.
The Independent Pizzeria is nestled in a cute neighborhood plaza in Madison Park. It's an especially great place to go to when it's sunny because there's a small patio that overlooks the water. You really can't go wrong here. We ordered a salad the mixed greens salad to share as well as the Twin Peaks, Farmer and Syracuse pizzas.

Seattle has lots of amazing restaurants, however, when it comes to super thin crust, fresh toppings, nothing beats the Independent Pizzeria. Make sure to try a pizza with Mama Lil’s peppers and they have root beer on tap. Salads are great too.

The Independent is a tiny, romantic little place where you can still destroy a Neapolitan pepperoni pizza and tall boys of hard cider. There are only about two dozen seats, so get there at 5pm when they open, or return the next day at 5pm when they open.
